Ayman Hamed – Managing Partner.​
Mr. Hamed is a Supreme Court Lawyer and holder of L.L.B from Cairo University in 1988 and also acquired the Micro Computer Business Apllications (MCBA) from Toronto school of business. Mr. Hamed has been the sole Partner of the Firm for over 30 years. Mr. Hamed is specialized in Banking and finance, Media Production, M&A’s and Capital Ventures. Mr. Hamed has been the team head for projects and deals advised by the firm for the last 30 years.

Supreme Court Lawyer obtained his L.L.B from Cairo University in 1985 and with over than 30 years of experience in the practice; Mr. Sebak is one of the oldest team members at the Firm, specialized in companies’ foundations, joint ventures, seizure and conveyance of land. Mr. Sebak has already established over 1000 companies, made over 5000 commercial registration amendments, Stock market registrations. Mr. Sebak performs all the necessary legal counseling required for maintaining the dynamics of the civil and commercial workflow.

Mr. Saleh handles issues pertaining to governmental procedures such as documents notarization and authentication as well as real estate registrations, industrial licenses and Civil law cases. Mr. Soliman is also specialized in seizure and conveyance of land.

Farida Abdel-Raouf - Of Counsel (Litigation and Research)
Supreme Court Lawyer, obtained his L.L.B in 1990 from Asyut University, and with more than 25 years’ experience, Mr. Sedky joined Al Hamed Law Firm in 1995. Mr. Sedky is an active member in several associations such as Union of Arab Lawyers and the Egyptian Association of International Law. Mr. Sedky is specialized in Labor issues including employees’ rights and foreign work permits as well as intellectual property matters including Trademarks registration and Copyrights. Mr. Sedky is also an arbitrator in IP arbitrations. In addition to that, Mr. Sedky has a wide experience in the Shipping and logistics practices regarding ship registration and customs permits and in licensing touristic establishments, hotels and industrial facilities.
Ms. Farida Abdel-Raouf is a Supreme Court lawyer who offers a unique blend of academic and practical advices in the fields of criminal and civil laws to Al-Hamed Law Firm’s clients. Ms. Farida boasts high experience in the Egyptian judicial system and has advised many of the Firm’s clients on matters related to Civil, Criminal and Administrative laws.​
Mohamed Talaat – Senior Associate

Mr. Talaat obtained his L.L.B from Cairo University in 2007 and joined Al Hamed Law Firm in 2010. Mr. Talaat has been representing the Firm’s clients before all authorities including, but not limited to, GAFI, Real Estate Registration Offices, Public Prosecution Offices, banks, General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC). Mr. Talaat is mainly responsible for carrying out the legal procedures and representing the Firm’s clients before the aforementioned entities.

Mr. Abd El Sabour obtained his L.L.B from Ain Shams University in 1991 and has more than 25 years of experience in the field. Mr. Abd El Sabour joined Al Hamed Law Firm in 1997 and has been well known of developing different experience domains mainly related to litigation such as handling Research and Legal Studies, Arbitration, Corporate and Family Laws, and Civil and Commercial Litigation.
Zyad Ramzy – Senior Associate
Obtained his L.L.B from Cairo University in 2010, Mr. Ramzy joined Al Hamed Law Firm in 2012 and works on General Corporate, M&A’s, Real Estate, Commercial issues as well as Intellectual Property and Trademarks registration. He is concerned with drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing BoD, OGM and EGM minutes, translating documents from English to Arabic and vice versa, drawing up due diligences and conducting legal researches.
Hesham El Zoheiry – Senior Associate
Obtained his L.L.B from Ain Shams University in 2002, Mr. El Zoheiry joined Al Hamed Law Firm in 2008. Mr. Hesham has developed his experience over 10 years with the Firm in handling many cases related to the Counsel of State regulations, Labor Law as well as Civil and Commercial Litigation.
Obtained his L.L.B in 2007, Mr. Nassar immediately joined Al Hamed Law Firm in December 2007. Ahmed has been handling cases related to companies' incorporation, Commercial Chambers regulations, Commercial Registration, and all matters related to the General Authority For Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and stock exchanges.
Obtained his L.L.B. – English section from Cairo University in 2016 and joined our Firm in 2018. During his 2nd year of college, he participated in Allen & Overy’s Comparative Law Project: Legal Rating of Egypt in 2014. Moreover, he participated in ABA’s (American Bar Association) Rule of Law Initiative: Egypt Moot Arbitration training in 2015.
He also obtained his L.L.M. from Ain Shams University by obtaining a 'Public Law Diploma' in 2019 and a 'International Trade Laws Diploma' in 2020.
Mr. El-baethy’s responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal researches and issuing legal briefs, tracking the recent amendments introduced to the applicable laws and regulations, as well as translating documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
